POTTSTOWN — Seven months after he received a time-served sentence for participating in a gun trafficking network, a Pottstown man is back in jail on new charges that he illegally possessed a gun while engaging in drug trafficking activity.
Ryan Joseph Stoudt, 27, of the unit block of North Charlotte Street, was charged last week with possession of a prohibited firearm, illegal sale or transfer of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with alleged incidents that occurred between June 27 and July 3.
Stoudt, who previously resided in the 400 block of Farmington Avenue, remains in the county jail in lieu of $150,077 cash bail while awaiting a July 14 preliminary hearing on the charges before District Court Judge Edward C. Kropp Sr…
