Pottstown man on parole and probation arrested again on gun charges

POTTSTOWN — Seven months after he received a time-served sentence for participating in a gun trafficking network, a Pottstown man is back in jail on new charges that he illegally possessed a gun while engaging in drug trafficking activity.

Ryan Joseph Stoudt, 27, of the unit block of North Charlotte Street, was charged last week with possession of a prohibited firearm, illegal sale or transfer of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with alleged incidents that occurred between June 27 and July 3.
