A Bucks County Correctional Facility inmate is facing felony contraband and drug possession charges after investigators alleged he concealed a controlled substance in his sock during a transfer to restricted housing earlier this year.
Talgat Turgunbekov, 20, was charged June 24, 2026 and arraigned last week by detectives with felony possession of controlled substance contraband by an inmate and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in connection with the April 15, 2026 incident at the Bucks County Correctional Facility in Doylestown Township, according to court records and a criminal complaint.
