Former DuPont CEO Edward Breen is putting a potentially history-making project on the market: his 147-acre Bucks County retreat, Jericho Farm, was recently listed for $18.8 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.
If it closes anywhere near asking price, it will become the largest residential land sale in Bucks County history.
From Farmland to Fortune
Breen and his wife, Lynn, bought the Upper Makefield Township property in 2012 for $4.2 million, taking over from the Bristol family after more than 90 years of ownership.
