The Bucks County operator behind several Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurants has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as it battles its lender over millions in disputed debt, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
TIG Reaper LLC and three affiliates, all owned by Middletown Township-based The Integritty Group, filed Sept. 21 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
