Pennsylvania State Police arrested seven people for driving under the influence during a checkpoint that turned into a roving patrol over the weekend in Lehigh County, the state agency announced Monday in a news release.
The checkpoint ran from 10 p.m. Saturday, April 11 to 3 a.m. Sunday, April 12 in the 3100 block of Airport Road in Hanover Township. Troopers made 11 total arrests during the operation, which also resulted in three arrests for outstanding warrants and one drug possession arrest.
