Matthew Tanner Messa, 45, is charged following the incident on the 4400 block of Richmond Road in Easton on Monday, March 9 at approximately 7:45 p.m., according to Forks Township Police.
Officers were called for a report of possible child abuse when a complainant said Messa forcefully pulled the child’s arm and made the threat, police detailed.
