A Bucks County teen is facing charges after Montgomery Township Police said he was found in possession of a stolen vehicle traced back to Philadelphia.
Logan Connor Smith, 18, of the 400 block of Hatboro Road, Northampton Township, was charged April 16 with receiving stolen property following an investigation in the parking lot of Gwynedd Crossing, according to court documents.
Police said officers located a gray 2022 Honda Accord around 10:40 a.m. in the lot of Staples along Bethlehem Pike. The vehicle’s registration had been flagged as stolen, and detectives later confirmed through the VIN that it had been reported stolen by Philadelphia Police earlier that day…
