NORRISTOWN — A 78-year-old Upper Hanover Township man faces up to a decade behind bars on charges he had indecent contact with a teenage girl while she was in his company at a residence in the township.
David Henry Leach, of the 1000 block of Burgundy Circle, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 5 to 10 years in a state correctional institution on charges of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful contact with a minor in connection with the July 1, 2024, incident.
