EASTON, Pa. — Following in the footsteps of a familiar favorite, a new local business has begun its tasty reign with hand-crafted, small-batch pierogies.
The Pierogi Kings LLC, a new Easton-based premium frozen pierogi manufacturer, has officially launched operations and acquired Bayou Boys Pierogies, according to a news release.
Bayou Boys Pierogies was established in 2020 by the ownership team behind The Bayou restaurant in Bethlehem, and The Pierogi Kings’ recent acquisition transfers Bayou Boys Pierogies’ recipes, equipment and client relationships to the new venture, which currently supplies more than three dozen restaurant accounts throughout the region…
