All charges held for Warminster man accused of stabbing guest at backyard party

All charges were moved on to Bucks County Common Pleas Court at a recent preliminary hearing for a Warminster man accused of stabbing a man during a backyard party last September, where he was restrained by guests until officers arrived.

Thomas Jeffery Gero, 43, of the 300 block of Fir Street, was charged Sept. 7, 2025 with two felony counts of aggravated assault, along with misdemeanor counts of simple assault, possessing an instrument of crime, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and summary harassment, according to a criminal complaint filed by Warminster Township Police.

Police said they were dispatched at 10:11 p.m. Sept. 6 to a home on Madison Avenue for a report of an unwanted subject and stabbing. When officers arrived, they found Gero held down by several men, who told police Gero had attacked a family member with a knife, police said. The victim suffered a deep wound to his upper left shoulder and cuts near his ear, investigators said in the complaint…
