Two more so-called “Quakertown 5” defendants had their criminal cases settled Friday, May 8 in relation to the Feb. 20 protest that turned violent, resulting in arrests and injuries.
Both defendants, a boy and a girl, had charges resolved by consent decree, a binding court order that doesn’t involve an admission of guilt.
If the defendants successfully complete their probationary periods, the charges will be dismissed and criminal records expunged…
