Portman Holdings is planning to a build a mixed-use development with residences, medical offices and commercial space on more than 111 acres of land off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, according to state records.
Development of Regional Impact paperwork that was submitted to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs on Wednesday shows the development, which will be located at 3554 McClure Bridge Road, will include about 1,400 residences, 100,000-square-feet of medical office space and 80,000-square-feet of commercial space.
