The residential side of Medley is beginning to take shape, with preleasing now underway for the first apartments inside the 43-acre Johns Creek development.
Prelude at Medley will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments above and alongside the project’s restaurants, stores and public spaces. Medley is scheduled to hold its grand opening Oct. 29, with the first Prelude residents expected to move in Nov. 1.
The timeline places residents inside the development almost immediately after its public debut, an important step in Medley’s effort to operate as a walkable neighborhood rather than a conventional suburban shopping center.
Apartments Built Into Medley’s First Phase
Prelude is part of Medley’s first major construction phase, which has been planned to include approximately 340 apartments along with office space and ground-floor retail.
