FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A major mixed-use destination in southern Forsyth County expects to expand its recreational offerings with a fitness-centered 40,000-square-foot indoor facility.
At a Sept. 17 meeting, the Forsyth County Commission approved variances for the project, which is adjacent to The Collection at Forsyth, 410 Peachtree Parkway. The variances increase the maximum number of parking spaces from 166 to 285 and reduce landscaping zones.
