Woodstock Mill District is approaching completion with a growing lineup of restaurants, fitness studios and service businesses preparing to occupy the Publix-anchored development.
The 118,000-square-foot district on Towne Lake Parkway is now 79% leased. Tenants are expected to begin taking possession of their spaces this fall in preparation for a spring 2027 opening.
The project combines an 11-acre development with the renovated Towne Lake Plaza shopping center, creating continuous commercial frontage between Interstate 575 and downtown Woodstock.
A 46,791-square-foot Publix will anchor the new construction. The initial tenant lineup also includes Three Dollar Café, Super Chix Chicken & Custard, Club Pilates, Petfolk, E’s Barber Shop, Allure Nail Bar and Dentists at Woodstock Mill…
