This year’s Chalktoberfest has been canceled, festival organizers announced Wednesday.
The announcement, which was posted to the festival’s website, said it was canceled due to concerns over inclement weather.
“This was an incredibly difficult decision, but the safety of our artists, volunteers, vendors, and attendees must always come first,” the message read. “We look forward to welcoming you back to Marietta for Chalktoberfest 2027 and making next year’s festival bigger and better than ever!”…
