SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — A deadly shooting is under investigation at an apartment complex in Sandy Springs on Tuesday night.
Sandy Springs Police said officers responded around 8:20 p.m. to the 550 block of Northridge Parkway. When police arrived, they found a person dead at the scene. Police tape blocks off a portion of a parking lot at an apartment complex.
Dunwoody Police, who are assisting Sandy Springs Police, also confirmed with 11Alive that a person was killed in the shooting. 11Alive crews also spotted officers from Lawrenceville and Alpharetta at the scene.
