Forsyth Co. man allegedly used company credit card to purchase money orders

A Forsyth County man was arrested for using his company’s credit card to purchase money orders to the tune of over $30,000.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reports that 46-year-old Michael Chad Evans of Cumming faces 37 charges, 36 of which are unauthorized use of a financial transaction card. He also faces a count of theft by conversion, all felonies.

He remains in jail with a bond of $221,900.
