LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Queen P’s Soulfood Kitchen is working toward opening at 706 Collins Hill Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, where owner Patrice Hill plans to use the space as a hub for the business’s food truck, takeout service, and ghost kitchen operations.
Hill told Business Debut she is hoping to open by June 1, though the timing depends on construction work, inspections, and approvals.
What to Expect
Queen P’s Soulfood Kitchen will function as a commissary and prep kitchen for the food truck while also serving customers through takeout and third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats, Hill told Business Debut.
Hill said the kitchen will support daily food prep for the truck, with staff working both on the truck and inside the kitchen to keep service moving.
