CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The City of Amarillo invites the North Heights neighborhood to a free Spay and Neuter Voucher Clinic on Saturday, June 27. The event hosted by Animal Management & Welfare is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hines Memorial Park.
Officials stated eligible North Heights residents can receive free vouchers for up to four pets per household, as well as free microchips and vaccines.
