CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Canyon Independent School District highlighted Rebecca Cooke of Canyon High School, who recently completed the Texas Aerospace Scholars summer experience, a competitive STEM program connected to NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
According to Canyon ISD, Cooke was among more than 1,000 high school juniors from across Texas to be selected by state legislators to participate in the TAS “Moonshot” program.
