Man wanted in Randall County for alleged elderly financial abuse, officials seek info

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Amarillo Crime Stoppers asked community members for information on 43-year-old Kenneth Dale Putman, who officials said is wanted by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office on five alleged counts of elderly credit/debit card abuse.

According to the Amarillo Crime Stoppers, Putman was described as a man standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 160 pounds, bald, with blue eyes.
