The Tabletop Tavern Game Cafe in Canyon, which opened in December 2024, announced Monday, July 13 that it would be closing this month.
“It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Tabletop Tavern Game Cafe will be closing its doors. Ideally, the 31st would be our last day, but realistically we are expecting July 24th to be our final day of operation,” the local business said in a post on Facebook.
“This was not an easy decision. Tabletop Tavern has been more than just a business to our family. We created Tabletop Tavern as a place where people come together to socialize and create memories while enjoying good food and unique drinks. Unfortunately, the rising costs of operating a small business, combined with a family member’s unexpected and serious medical diagnosis, have made it impossible for us to continue,” the post continued…
