AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Center City of Amarillo held an official kick-off event Thursday to preview a $100 million renovation of the Herring Hotel in downtown Amarillo.
The Herring Hotel was built in 1926 in six and a half months, with 600 rooms at a cost of $1.2 million.
