AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Police Department reported that a motorcycle rider was left with life-threatening injuries following a wreck Friday afternoon.
According to APD, officers were called to SE 26th and I-27 frontage road on a traffic crash involving a motorcycle and semi-truck Friday at around 12:10 p.m.

Officers said they learned that a motorcycle going west on SE 26th at the I-27 intersection did not stop for the red light and was hit by a semi going south through the same intersection.
