AMARILLO, Texas(KAMR/KCIT) — As a new school year begins, Stratford ISD and Wildorado ISD are accepting transfer students.
According to Stratford ISD Superintendent Paul Uttley, the district has lost about 81 students over the past four years, a large number for a school district of its size. The decline in students has also led to a decline in funding.
