AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo man is facing felony charges for marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms, according to court filings.
In a filing with Potter County courts, a confidential informant told a special agent with the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Criminal Investigation Division that he had bought mushrooms three times from Marcos Flores.
