AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Two 17-year-olds accused of opening fire at an Amarillo Toot’n Totum and shooting an innocent bystander have been indicted by a Potter County grand jury.
Joshua Lucero and Aaron Martinez were each indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the July 5 shooting.
