AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A 36-year-old Amarillo man has been indicted on two charges of indecency with a child.
A Potter Grand Jury indicted Eric Green on Friday, Aug. 13, for “Indecency W/Child Sexual Contact” and “Indecency W/Child Exposes,” knowing the person was a child younger than 17 years old.
According to the documents, both counts stem from an incident on July 21, 2024, where Green intentionally attempted to engage in sexual contact with a teenager by touching them inappropriately, intending to arouse them. The release said in Count Two: Green intentionally exposed himself to the teenager, knowing the child was under the age of 17.
