Potter County S.O. arrested Wesley Ryan Fitzgerald, age 40 Wednesday at 10:30am in the 500 block of South Fillmore for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. PSO arrested 40-year-old Abel Delacruz Flores Wednesday at 7:45am at Southwest 3rd and Alabama for two counts of Theft of Property between $100 and $750, Theft of Property less than $100 with a Previous Conviction and an Out-Of-County Charge.
