AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Fermi Inc. said Friday that CEO Toby Neugebauer has stepped down.
The company’s board created an interim Office of the CEO to lead the company while it looks for a permanent replacement. The interim team includes Chief Operating Officer Jacobo Ortiz and Anna Bofa, who is currently a board observer.
Fermi said it plans to search for a new CEO and expects to share more information Monday, April 20.
The company also said Chief Financial Officer Miles Everson was appointed to its board of directors. His nomination came through a previously disclosed agreement involving Fermi, TMNN Manager LLC, Caddis Capital LLC and the Melissa A. Neugebauer 2020 Trust…
