Two people indicted in Amarillo Federal Court on fentanyl charges

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Two people were indicted in Amarillo Federal Court on various fentanyl-related charges on Wednesday.

According to court documents, Joe Luis Carolos Archuleta and Gabriel Renee Kirkpatrick were both indicted on one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute or Possess with Intent to Distribute 400 Grams or More of Fentanyl,” and one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute 400 Grams or More of Fentanyl.”

Archuleta was also indicted on “Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute 40 Grams or More of Fentanyl.”
