For some, a drive along Highway 142 through Chino Hills State Park offers scenic, winding views. But for residents and commuters, the route is a critical connection between Chino Hills and Orange County.
“I use it every day,” said Cameron Holmes, a Chino Hills resident. “It’s the one and only ingress and egress out of this neighborhood to get to Chino Hills to take my kid to school, or to go to my sister-in-law’s business.”
