Officials in another North Orange County city are eying new e-bike regulations as injuries, arrests and even child endangerment charges are piling up throughout the county.
Elected leaders in Buena Park are the latest in OC to consider new regulations on e-bikes – even potentially allowing them to be ridden on city sidewalks with a 10-mile-per-hour speed limit.
