A Garden Grove police officer was arrested and placed on administrative leave following an investigation into possible inappropriate interactions with a minor participating in the department’s Explorer program, authorities said Thursday.
Garden Grove Police said investigators were notified on Friday, June 26, of possible inappropriate interaction(s) between Officer Roberto Machuca, 32, and the juvenile female explorer.
