O.C. toddler expected to survive drowning after sister rescues 2-year-old from pool

A 2-year-old boy is expected to survive a drowning after his sister rescued him from a pool on the 2600 block of Denise Avenue in the city of Orange Friday.

The boy was in the water for two to four minutes before he was rescued, the Orange City Fire Department told KTLA. The child’s grandmother helped save his life by performing CPR.

The child was conscious and breathing when firefighters and police arrived at the home around 11:30 a.m. The toddler was taken to Children’s Hospital of Orange County and is expected to be okay, the Orange Police Department said…
