A suspect is in custody after he was seen waving a large knife during an erratic hours-long standoff inside a Fullerton smoke shop Sunday morning.
Police said the suspect had access to more weapons, including an axe, after barricading himself inside Rodeo Smoke Shop, which is located on the 110 block of Orangethorpe Avenue.
