CHINO, CA — An investigation by the Chino Police Department resulted in the arrest of Myles Combs, 46, of Rialto, a career burglary offender suspected of conducting a series of gym-related thefts across Southern California. During the month of June, Combs allegedly engaged in a series of crimes in Chino, where he targeted gym patrons by cutting locks off lockers, stealing vehicle keys, and removing cash and other valuables from vehicles parked outside the facilities.
Chino detectives identified Combs and connected him to the incidents using surveillance footage, investigative techniques, and the city’s camera system. The investigation revealed that Combs has a history of burglary-related offenses and was the subject of an outstanding felony warrant for a similar crime.
