The parents and grandmother of an 8-year-old boy whose body was found wrapped in plastic inside a freezer in Lynwood appeared in a Compton court on Monday for the first day of a preliminary hearing in the child’s murder case.
The boy, identified as Isaiah H., was found inside a freezer kept in a bedroom closet. His mother, Destiny Harrison; his father, Daniel Monzon; and his paternal grandmother, Ana Zarceno, face murder and torture charges.
