The Durango Fall Classic begins Friday in Las Vegas, setting off two days of action with a 64-team field that includes 13 teams in this week’s MaxPreps Top 25 high school volleyball rankings.
No. 1 Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.) is in search of its first title at the event after reaching last year’s final. Coach Stefanie Wigfall’s team is led by five Preseason MaxPreps All-Americans but will have no shortage of challengers in a field that features eight top 10 teams.
