The Planning Commission last week unanimously approved a permit for a West Newport creative collective to use an existing space to host events.
Commissioners voted 5-0 (David Salene and Mark Rosene were absent) on April 23 in support of a conditional use permit to use 750 square feet for hosting commercial events (i.e., an assembly use) at an existing 10,000-square-foot professional office building located at 858 Production Place.
