Known for its Zacatecan-style Mexican burritos, Burritos La Palma has earned a devoted following among locals and acclaimed chefs alike, fueling the brand’s continued expansion across California. The upcoming Anaheim outpost will become the family-owned restaurant’s sixth spot in California and its third in Orange County, at 131 E Katella Ave, Suite 20, according to a plan review filed with the Orange County Health Care Agency.
Before bringing its signature Zacatecan-style burritos to Los Angeles, the owner, Alberto Bañuelos, had launched the brand’s first taqueria in the Mexican state of Zacatecas in 1980.
