ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Little Bears Playhouse is preparing to open a new facility in Girdwood as parents say finding early learning and childcare in the community has been a challenge.
The local nonprofit’s new building includes classrooms for toddlers, infants, preschoolers, and pre-K students.

Saraj Gottstein, a Little Bears Playhouse parent and board member, said her daughter Pia loves where she learns.
