ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The northbound left lane of the Seward Highway is temporarily closed about 500 feet south of Huffman Bridge after a culvert began failing, the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities said.
The northbound right lane remains open to traffic.
