Clothesline Project provides school essentials to Anchorage students

Volunteers and community partners are preparing for the 12th annual Clothesline Project, a back-to-school event providing clothing and essential items to Anchorage families before the start of the school year.

The event will take place Saturday August 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Clark Middle School in Anchorage. Students and families can receive free clothing, socks, underwear, coats, hats, gloves, and other essential items.
