ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – From flying under the radar to running a time that can’t be ignored, Anchorage runner Riley Howard made state history at the 130th running of the Boston Marathon Monday in a field of more than 30,000 participants.
“Honestly, I was a little surprised,” Howard said of his performance.
