ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Aquarian Charter School traded the classroom for something a little more colorful as students participated in a field day celebration on Tuesday.
Nearly 400 students and 150 parent volunteers came together at Arctic Rec Center for the event, according to event organizers. This year featured about 40 stations including a petting zoo, obstacle courses, bouncy houses and a hair station.
