TECUMSEH — The Tecumseh Public Schools Board of Education has approved the sale of the former Herrick Park Intermediate Learning Center, as well as a separate sale of 6.3 acres of land near Tecumseh High School.
Superintendent Matt Hilton informed board members during their regular meeting on Monday that two buyers were interested in the two properties.
One buyer was interested in turning the acreage by the high school into commercial property, while the other buyer was looking to convert Herrick Park, which closed in 2024, into an apartment building…
