MANCHESTER TWP., Mich. (News 10) – A motorcyclist was killed and a driver was seriously injured in a crash Monday evening in Washtenaw County, according to the Michigan State Police.
Troopers from the Brighton Post responded around 6:30 p.m. to the intersection of Austin and Sharon roads for a crash involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.
Police said a preliminary investigation indicates a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, operated by a 49-year-old man from Canton, was traveling west on Austin Road through the intersection when a Buick Lucerne, driven by a 68-year-old woman from Addison, was traveling east on Austin Road and attempted to turn left onto Sharon Road…
