ANN ARBOR, MI — A house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1952 and parts of the University of Michigan, including its eye-catching fountain on Ingalls Malls, are among the highlights of Ann Arbor’s 39th annual historic preservation awards.
The Ann Arbor Historic District Commission presented 13 awards in July, recognizing recipients for contributions to the history of the city. Five are for preservation, two are for rehabilitation, three are special merit awards and three are anniversary awards.
